Leeds manager Neil Warnock has accepted an FA charge for improper conduct for his “on-field behaviour” following his side's 1-0 defeat at Millwall earlier this month.
Warnock was furious that referee Mark Halsey dismissed Luke Varney three minutes into the second half for an apparent elbow on Adam Smith.
Warnock has not accepted the standard penalty for the offence and has requested a paper hearing, which means he will not be required to attend.
A statement on the FA's website read: "Neil Warnock has accepted an FA charge for a breach of FA Rule E3 in relation to improper conduct following his side's game at Millwall on 18 November 2012.
"The Leeds United manager has, however, not accepted the standard penalty 1 for the breach and requested a paper hearing."
