The Ivory Coast and Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou is an injury doubt for today's African Cup of Nations semi-final against Mali. Kalou has had a hamstring injury and faces a fitness test hours before the game in Libreville.
"We are concerned but he is showing signs of recovery. We'll see before the game but we hope to be able to play him because he is a major player," said the Ivory Coast coach, François Zahoui. "The doctors are doing their best to get him fit."
