World Cup 2014 video: England goalkeeper Joe Hart screams and swears at ball boy after Andrea Pirlo's near-perfect free-kick during Italy defeat
Hart was attempting to retrieve the ball with England trailing 2-1 to Italy
England goalkeeper Joe Hart was left stuck in awe after Andrea Pirlo struck a beautiful, swerving free-kick goal-bound during Saturday’s 2-1 World Cup loss to Italy.
The Manchester City star could only look on as the thunderous shot rattled off the cross-bar and, thankfully for Hart, behind the goal to keep England in with a chance of securing a result.

Having paused briefly in recognition of the Italian midfield maestro’s moment of near-perfection, Hart quickly sprung into life in an effort to retrieve the ball and get England on the attack.
However, he may have got a touch too excited in the process of restarting the game, as he sprinted towards the ball boy screaming his head off in what seemed to be a matter of life and death. Hart went on to kick the advertising hoarding as well as aim foul language in the direction of the unsuspecting youngster, who eventually sent one of the official Brazuca balls in the direction of the 27-year-old.

Despite Hart’s urgency, England couldn’t find an equaliser and suffered a brave yet disappointing defeat in their opening Group D match, meaning they must now in all likelihood win both their matches against Uruguay and Costa Rica to progress to the last 16.
Hart had little else to do in the match, with Italy proving a clinical side as they forced the City shotstopper to pick the ball out of the net twice from their three attempts on target.
