Bayern Munich and France star Franck Ribery has suffered another injury setback in a frustrating season.

The winger has had an ongoing problem with both his knee and his toe - the latter of which has led to some dramatic treatment.

Bayern revealed the 26-year-old has holes drilled into the toenails to release an accumulation of blood and relieve the pain in a bid to get thim back on his feet.
