West Brom manager Steve Clarke was left “disgusted” after his defender Goran Popov spat at Tottenham defender Kyle Walker at the weekend.
Popov's actions are inexcusable and England defender Glen Johnson waded into the debate today saying those guilty of spitting should be banned for more than three matches.
