Gary Neville was taking a nice walk around Turin ahead of the England friendly with Italy when he was rudely interrupted by his Sky Sports colleague Jamie Carragher.

Neville, who is Roy Hodgson's England assistant, posted a series of pictures on his Twitter page as he took a stroll around the city.

Showing his humorous side, Neville even added a caption to one of his pictures that read: "Quite nice Turin. Only ever saw a hotel room and the back of Del Piero as a player."

But Carragher couldn't resist a little dig at his Monday Night Football colleague, replying: "You said you did everything? video clips, meetings & one on ones with players day of the game, and it was Roy who was having a jolly?"

Neville rarely speaks about his England role when working for the TV channel, keen not to muddle the lines between the two roles.

The former Manchester United captain jokingly implied that Carragher had let out a secret between the pair of them.

"That was for you on MNF!" he said.

England face Italy in an international friendly tonight.
