Biro Biro will think twice before challenging an official again thanks to lineswoman Tatiane Sacilotti.

Match officials are berated week-in week-out in football matches around the world and rarely do footballers receive their comeuppance.

But Brazilian lineswoman Sacilotti took it upon herself to give as good as she got in a recent match with a riposte that saw the player dishing it out given a dressing down.

After signalling a throw-in during a match between Sao Paulo and Ponte Preta, Sacilotti found herself on the receiving end of a protest from midfielder Biro. But the Preta player didn't know what he had let himself in for.

Sacilotti raced towards the 20-year-old to give him a dressing down before Biro sheepishly retreated.

Females in football remain still all too rare a sight and abuse is prevalent. A video recently emerged that showed Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro being abused by Manchester United fans, whilst England's most high-profile female lineswoman Sian Massey was ridiculed by former Sky Sports presenters Richard Keys and Andy Gray.
