Ravel Morrison arrested: West Ham sweat on new signing Carl Jenkinson as Morrison is bailed after arrest
Sam Allardyce has had to contend with injury to his newest addition as well as the arrest of Morrison who is accused of common assault on his ex-girlfriend and her mother

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce will be hoping his pre-season woes are not set to continue as the club await an assessment on an injury to defender Carl Jenkinson.
The 22-year-old Arsenal loanee, signed just last Thursday, endured a debut to forget as the Hammers lost 2-0 to Malaga in the Schalke 04 Cup on Sunday.
Jenkinson conceded a first-half penalty before a hamstring injury forced him off and now Allardyce will be hoping for a rare dose of good news as he sweats over the results of a scan to see if the issue will rule the England full-back out of the start of the new season.
Club-record signing Andy Carroll has already been sidelined for up to four months with an ankle injury, having missed a similar spell at the start of the previous campaign, while fans are still opposed to the style of football they have seen from the Hammers this pre-season.
Allarydce has also had to contend with midfielder Ravel Morrison's arrest on allegations of two counts of common assault on his ex-girlfriend and her mother.

The England Under-21 international was freed on Monday after originally being denied bail and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Thursday, with his future at West Ham potentially in question depending upon the outcome.
Sunday's defeat to Malaga was the third loss in four games, with only a penalty shoot-out win over hosts Schalke on Saturday bucking the trend.
With Carroll sent home from the tour of New Zealand, West Ham went on to lose both games they played, having drawn at Stevenage and Ipswich beforehand.
A final pre-season friendly against Sampdoria on Saturday could see new signing Enner Valencia make his debut, with London rivals Tottenham the first visitors to Upton Park when the new Barclays Premier League campaign gets under way a week later.
