Supporters review of the season: Tottenham

Finishing eighth represents something of a minor miracle, given our horrendous start to the season, and Daniel Levy can expect Harry Redknapp to remind him of it throughout the summer.

Harry reckons £30m is needed to bring the glory days back to White Hart Lane, but with a solid base of players already, now might be the right time to nip and tuck rather than perform major surgery. An improved record against the top four clubs and an excellent run of undefeated home games gives cause for optimism, but as we have found out before, this tends leads to disappointment. Redknapp needs to keep the squad's feet firmly on the ground, bring in two quality first team players and we will be well placed for an assault on the top six next season. Finally, no European football could be a blessing.

Which team were your best opponents?

Burnley, who I look forward to seeing in the Premier League next season. They fully deserved to beat us in the second leg of the Carling Cup and should have enjoyed two trips to Wembley this year.

Who would you like your team to sign this summer?

As I say every year: a quality left-winger to bring much needed balance to the midfield.

What was the weirdest/funniest moment of the season?

Seeing Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe wearing the Lilywhite again. Never for a minute did I think that would happen again. Only at Tottenham!

Mark out of 10 for the season?
