Swindon 4 Leicester 3, 1993
A final of epic proportions and almost one of the greatest comebacks. Swindon found themselves 3-0 up after 54 minutes, which included a goal from player/manager Glenn Hoddle. But then it all began to fall apart. Leicester quickly hit back, scoring in the 59th, and then two crazy minutes saw two more goals and the scores were level. Having almost been able to taste the Premier League, in the end Swindon's future came down to one pressure penalty, controversially awarded by referee David Elleray in the 85th minute. Welshman Paul Bodin stepped up (pictured) and crashed it past Kevin Pool and Swindon were on the up (and this time they were allowed their promotion).
