Theo Walcott has edged closer to his return for Arsenal after completing a full training session today.

The England forward has been sidelined since suffering the injury against Tottenham in the FA Cup third-round victory back in January, and missed this summer's World Cup.

The Gunners are next in action against Hull City at the Emirates on Saturday, which Walcott now has an outside chance of featuring in.

Serge Gnabry, the 19-year-old German international, also took part in a full training session today.

There was also good news on the condition of Gunners' striker Olivier Giroud today, with manager Arsene Wenger saying that he is "ahead of schedule" in his return from a broken leg.
