Wayne Rooney has just signed a new mega-bucks contract with Manchester United, worth a reported £300,000-a-week.
But where does that place him among the best paid players in world football?
Rooney's contract means the England striker will earn upwards of £15.5m per year, a figure that even the game's absolute best find it hard to match.
