Arsenal and Wales star Aaron Ramsey said he couldn't choose who was better between two stellar team-mates.

The 24-year-old, speaking at the launch of the New Balance Visaro and Furon boots at an event in London, was asked to pick between Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez and Real Madrid's Gareth Bale, who lines up alongside Ramsey for Wales.

But the midfielder couldn't pick.

"That’s a tough question," he said, laughing. "Gareth’s a lot more athletic, you'll just knock the ball in behind and he'll get on the end of it, create things and score goals.

"Alexis’ work rate, determination to succeed and win the ball back and score is quite sublime as well. I’m just really happy for him to play for Arsenal.

"They’re great players and it’s hard to separate them."

Ramsey was also asked who his dream midfielder, past or present, would be.

"I’d have to say Zidane," added Ramsey. "For me, some of the things that he did were sublime and he made the game look so easy."
