Avram Grant not in danger insists Karren Brady

Karren Brady insists there is no "finger on the button" at West Ham for manager Avram Grant despite the club's precarious position at the bottom of the Premier League.
The Hammers, who replaced Gianfranco Zola with Grant, have claimed only one win from their opening 13 matches but vice-chairman Brady is adamant nobody at Upton Park is panicking.
"When you make a very big and important decision to replace a manager you have to take a lot of things into account. We thought very carefully when we appointed Avram and I can assure you there is no finger on the button," Brady told Sky Sports News.
"We are not getting results and the table does not lie but we will do everything in our power to support him (Grant).
"We just all have to hold our nerve. We have to believe in the people at the top - we put them there. We have to give him space and time."
Asked if there would come a point where the Hammers have to act should results not improve under Grant, Brady replied: "It is not something we will be rushed into.
"We had a lot of this during our time at Birmingham and we have a history of backing our man.
"We have to focus on the manager we have got and what we can do to help him get the club off the bottom of the table."
