Burnley earned a shock draw against Premier League leading Chelsea thanks to Ben Mee's late header.

Chelsea took an early lead through Branislav Ivanovic and looked to be cruising, piling on the pressure in the first-half.

The Blues may have had a penalty, or two, when Diego Costa was shoved over and George Boyd handled.

But Burnley rode their luck and got a break when Nemanja Matic - understandably - reacted badly to a terrible Ashley Barnes tackle.

The Serbian midfielder was sent off and Burnley believed they could get something out of the game. Barnes forced a fantastic save out of Thibaut Courtois but from the resulting corner, Mee beat Ramires to power home a header.

Chelsea remain in control at the top of the Premier League, although Jose Mourinho was furious with the referee after the game.
