Welcome to the Independent's live coverage of Leicester City's trip to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park as the Foxes close in on a stunning first-ever top flight title.

Claudio Ranieri refuses to admit it but his side are favourites to lift the famous trophy in May after a season which has seen them defeat Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City. If they can keep that form going into their final eight matches, they may well just achieve the impossible.

The Eagles, meanwhile, are in the midst of an identity crisis, without a win since before Christmas, and in dire needs of a pick-me-up to prevent them falling into a relegation scrap.
