Daniel Sturridge leads the charts with 34 million goals this season...on Fifa 14

Liverpool striker is the most scored with Premier League player in the game

Daniel Sturridge has been so prolific this season he has scored an incredible 34.8 million goals...on Fifa 14.

The Reds striker has impressed outside of the virtual world too, scoring 20 goals in the league this season to help fire the Reds to the top of the division, although their 2-0 defeat by Chelsea last weekend means that Manchester City can now win the title if they maintain their superior goal difference and the clubs end the season with the same amount of points. They can both reach a maximum of 86 points.

EA Sports has revealed the top ten Premier League players most frequently scored with in Fifa 14's Ultimate Team, and Sturridge leads the way with a staggering 34,800,362 goals to his name in the game.

Luis Suarez may top the 'real world' charts with 30 goals, but on Fifa he is tenth on the list, with a measly 13 million goals.

While Jose Mourinho may lament his striking options on the pitch, their Fifa counterparts have been scoring all season with Samuel Eto'o the second most scored with player and Fernando Torres ranked fifth. Stevan Jovetic has hardly set the world alight at Manchester City but he's sixth on the list.

Eas Sports have also announced their Premier League team of the season from the best-performing players from the division in the game, and, unlike the PFA Team of the Year, John Terry makes an apearance.
