Dele Alli has already surpassed Jack Wilshere in career Premier League goals after just 22 matches in the top flight.

The 19-year-old, signed for an initial £5million from MK Dons in the summer, took his tally for the season to seven after netting in the first half at Norwich City.

Those seven goals mean the Tottenham Hotspur youngster now has more Premier League goals for Spurs than Arsenal's Jack Wilshere has for the Gunners.

Wilshere, 24, has not played a single minute of football this season because of various injuries.

The Arsenal and England midfielder, who last played for Arsenal in the FA Cup final last May has just six Premier League goals for the Gunners, despite first appearing in the division in 2008.

He also has one for Bolton Wanderers.

Wilshere has played 100 games in the Premier League, 14 of those on loan with Bolton, managing to make more than 30 appearances just once, in the 2010-2011 season.

He has not played more than 25 league games since then, and has managed to play in only 63 of a possible 176 league matches since 2011.

Alli, who also fouled to win Spurs a penalty to make it 2-0, came off at half-time because of illness.

Tottenham went on to win 3-0 to move above rivals Arsenal into third.
