Jose Mourinho was aggrieved at the late incident during Chelsea win over Manchester United on Saturday, when Ander Herrera was booked for trailing out his leg to try and win a penalty off Gary Cahill.
The Blues manager claimed that if Herrera was a Chelsea player, broadcasters Sky would have made more of a deal of it.
Mourinho had suggested earlier in the season that there was a "clear campaign" against Chelsea from Sky, and even went on their show Goals on Sunday in a surprise guest appearance.
"I am happy that it was not a Chelsea player," Mourinho said after the match.
"If it was a Chelsea player, on Sky it would be somebody's 'crimes', it would be 'cheating', it would be ‘the champions of the team without fair play’ and these kind of things. Because it’s a Man United player tomorrow nobody remembers."

Chelsea won the match thanks to Eden Hazard's goal. The Blues are now 10 points clear at the top of the Premier League, as they close in on their first title since 2010.
"We need eight more points to be champions. Football is about mathematics," Mourinho said.
"When mathematically is done, we celebrate. Until that moment we need two wins and two draws."
