Jurgen Klopp is seemingly on the brink of joining Liverpool as their new head coach.
The former Borussia Dortmund coach has a reputation as one of the best tacticians and man-managers in the game, after he took an unheralded BVB from the bottom half of the table to back-to-back titles with a limited budget.
He did so by identifying and spotting talent in unheralded places and turning those players into some of the best players in Europe.
Klopp's style of play, a pioneer of the high-pressing, fluid 4-2-3-1 formation that is now so popular across the continent, is such that he once commented that "'The fans should not only recognise us by our black and yellow jerseys. Even if we play in red, everyone in the stadium should think, 'whoa, that can only be BVB.'"
Liverpool fans will certainly be excited at his massive reputation for improving fans on the field.
