Martin Skrtel redeemed Liverpool just three minutes before full time with a powerful header that led to a 2-2 draw against Arsenal.

The Reds started strong and got what they wanted from the first half on 45 minutes when Philippe Coutinho fired the ball to the back of Wojciech Szczesny’s net.

Just when they thought they would be going to the dressing room with the lead, Mathieu Debuchy equalised for Arsenal with a header one minute later.

Arsenal returned strong in the second half and ultimately managed to pick up a second goal with Olivier Giroud on 64 minutes after a brilliant passing play with Santi Cazorla.

The Gunners looked like they had everything going their way, especially after Fabio Borini’s foolish sending-off to a second yellow just 18 minutes after coming on as a substitute.

However, Liverpool refused to give up and finally equalised through Skrtel's header after a late corner.
