Pedro enjoyed a stunning debut for Chelsea today, taking just 20 minutes to score his first goal for Jose Mourinho's side in the Premier League game against West Brom at the Hawthorns.

His goal means that the Spaniard has now scored as many league goals as Manchester United players combined this season.

Pedro was, of course, linked with a move to United all summer, but the club dwindled on meeting his £22m release clause.

United have won two games 1-0 and one 0-0 in their three Premier League games this season.

Of their two goals, one was scored by a United player - Adnan Januzaj's against Aston Villa, and the other was a Kyle Walker own goal.

Collecting Eden Hazard's pass, the winger, who moved from Barcelona this week, he took a touch before he low effort nicked in off Jonas Olsson to put the Blues 1-0 up.

Then under 10 minutes later, after his direct run into the box he fired the ball across the goal for Diego Costa to slide in.

After signing last week, Pedro said: "I am very happy to be here. I am very excited to start my adventure at Chelsea and I am here to keep winning titles," Pedro said.
