Radamel Falcao made it two goals in two games for Chelsea last night when he converted a spot-kick in the penalty shoot-out victory over Barcelona.

The Colombian confidently placed his penalty into the top corner of Jordi Masip's goal to level the shoot-out at 1-1 before Chelsea went on to beat the Champions League holders 4-2. The match had ended 2-2 with goals coming from Eden Hazard and Gary Cahill for Chelsea and Luis Suarez and Sandro Ramirez for Barcelona.

Falcao also converted a penalty in his first match for Chelsea, a shoot-out win over French champions PSG.

The two goals from the Colombian are a positive start for a player who last season managed just four goals all term whilst on loan with Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho has spoken about his confidence in returning the 29-year-old to his position as one of the most feared strikers in the world.
