I don't want to blow The Independent's trumpet, but I think our meme was the best.
As you probably know, Southampton striker Sadio Mane broke Robbie Fowler's 21-year-old record, with a massive bit of help from Aston Villa centre-back Ron Vlaar, to score the quickest hat-trick in Premier League history.
Fowler's treble, against Arsenal in 1994, came in a lightning quick four minutes 33 seconds for Liverpool, but Mane smashed that with three goals in a frankly ridiculous two minutes 56 seconds.
As an amusing side note, it meant that Mane had scored more goals in less than three minutes than £16million Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has done all season.
