Southampton welcome back central midfielder Victor Wanyama from suspension for the Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion in one of two changes from the side that comfortably dispatched Watford in mid-week.

Wanyama replaces Oriol Romeu in midfield, while James Ward-Prowse returns in place of Jordie Clasie, who misses out through injury.

Charlie Austin, who on Saturday morning completed a £4m move to Saints from Championship side Queens Park Rangers, misses out as he was signed after the deadline for this weekend, while Graziano Pelle remains among the substitutes amid reports he could leave the club this month.

West Brom meanwhile will hope to build on Wednesday’s comeback 2-2 draw with Chelsea, and manager Tony Pulis makes three changes to his starting line-up.

Craig Gadner comes into midfielder to replace James Morrison after he departed early from the win over Watford with injury, while Stephane Sessegnon and Victor Anichebe come into attack at the expense of Salomon Rondon and Chris Brunt, who drop to the substitutes’ bench.
