Aston Villa's defence went missing during the second-half of their defeat to Leicester on Sunday – and so did their manager Tim Sherwood.
An injury-time winner from Leicester’s on-loan midfielder Nathan Dyer secured a 3-2 win for the in-form Foxes, and left Sherwood at a loss to explain how his side had lost a two-goal lead after a pair of stunning goals from Jack Grealish and Carles Gil.
Villa fans fumed afterwards and blamed the defence for going AWOL and allowing Jamie Vardy and Ritchie De Laet to level the scores, but a brilliant video of their manager shows how Sherwood seems to have magical powers.
Standing in the tunnel at the King Power Stadium, Sherwood can be seen looking out over the pitch towards his players. The next second, he vanishes into thin air.

Thanks to the perfect timing of a groundsman and Sherwood’s own player Gil warming-up, Sherwood disappears from view as if by magic – although it is far more likely that the former Tottenham boss made his way back down the tunnelReuse content
