The fixtures for the 2015/16 Premier League season will be announced at 9am on Wednesday, 17 June.

Chelsea will be aiming to retain their title, while Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich City have been promoted from the Championship.

Burnley, Queens Park Rangers and Hull City were relegated to the second tier last season.

The season is scheduled to start on 8 August and finish on 15 May 2016.

Though his team bulldozed their way to the Premier League title, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho  is hoping for an improvement next season, especially in Europe.

"It's always difficult to win the Champions League, which is why all the big guys don't do it seven, eight times in their careers," he said last week.

"This season we were better than last season and next season we hope to be better than this season. Hopefully we get our chance."

"Enjoying football is winning. That's what I want to do for the rest of my career. This season was a great example, it was a third Premier League for me but a first for many of our young players.

"To see their pride and to see the fans going back to victories is the reason I am in the game."
