His future at Arsenal is in doubt, his number one shirt at the club is definitely gone and he faces the likely prospect of Petr Cech coming into the club next week, yet that hasn't stopped Wojciech Szczesny from channelling his inner Tony Montana.

That’s because the 25-year-old has posted a picture onto his Instagram of him walking a tiger while on holiday.

With nothing between the lethal big cat and the not-so-lethal goalkeeper, the usual over-confident Szczesny can be seen looking slightly apprehensive as he walks the tiger, though we’ll let him off given what’s on the end of the chain that he’s holding.

Along with the picture, Szczesny added the caption: “Took my new baby for a walk.”

The picture immediately triggers memories of Al Pacino’s Tony Montana and his pet tiger in Scarface, although luckily for Szczesny his tiger looked much more relaxed than its predecessor.

Despite the walking practice, Szczesny is unlikely to walk straight back into the Arsenal line-up after losing his place to David Ospina at the start of 2015, and with the move for Cech set to demote him further down the pecking order, the Poland international could find his position in the squad under threat this summer.

He could yet remain at the Emirates though with Turkish side Fenerbahce showing interest in Colombia international Ospina, who is currently on international duty at the Copa America.
