Anti-racism body denies 'target' claim
Football against Racism in Europe (Fare) has denied claims made by Rangers of a "deliberate and targeted campaign" against them.
The Scottish champions may have to play matches behind closed doors after Uefa disciplinary charges over their Europa League tie with PSV Eindhoven. In both legs Rangers were reported via submissions from Fare rather than Uefa's match delegate.
