Rangers forward El-Hadji Diouf has hit back at Scott Brown after accusing the Celtic captain of taunting him during yesterday's Scottish Cup clash at Ibrox.
Brown was booked for celebrating in Diouf's face when he netted Celtic's second equaliser during the 2-2 fifth-round draw.
Diouf, who was once fined in Glasgow Sheriff Court for spitting at a Celtic fan while playing for Liverpool, told the Scottish Sun: "I refused to react. Whey should I react to him? No-one knows him - I'm too big and too strong for him.
"Brown tried all sorts of things to get me sent off. He said some nasty things about me and my family on the pitch - but I am too big for him.
"He just wants publicity because if I react then people are going to say that El-Hadji did something wrong."
