Agent says deal between AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain for Zlatan Ibrahimovic far from done

The agent of Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic has played down the intense speculation linking his client with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Yesterday, AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi claimed the Italian side were selling the enigmatic striker to the big spending French outfit, in a deal that would also see defender Thiago Silva move to Ligue 1.

"Yes, I sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to PSG," Berlusconi said. "We will save €150m in two years."

Yet a transfer for last season's Serie A top scorer is not yet a done deal. His agent Mino Raiola says there is still a long way to go.

"Is everything done with PSG? We are far away or, to put it better, we are as close (to agreeing terms) as America and China," he told www.sportmediaset.it.

"Today I will meet (PSG sporting director) Leonardo.

"But PSG have to convince themselves that with Zlatan they are acquiring the best."

Ibrahimovic has spent two seasons with AC Milan, the first of which was on loan from Barcelona.
