Chelsea look certain to win the race to sign Brazil starlet Kenedy from Fluminense for £6 million this summer.

The 19-year-old forward is wanted by Manchester United, Barcelona, Inter Milan and Juventus, but Chelsea are now firm favourites for his signature, report the Evening Standard.

Chelsea, along with Barcelona, have a major advantage in the negotiations in that their former midfielder Deco is Kenedy's representative.

However, it is believed influential agent Giuliano Bertolucci is also involved in the deal and he represents Chelsea trio Oscar, Willian and Ramires.

Kenedy, who has been compared in his country to Neymar, has played for Brazil at Under-17 and Under-20 level and is expected to progress to the senior side in the future.

Should Chelsea complete the deal, it is expected he will be loaned out elsewhere next term in order to get first team football.

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho has called on his Chelsea stars to get the job done, and pick up the necessary wins to ensure they are crowned Premier League champions.

"Mentality is important because now is the moment where everything is decided for everything - for relegation, the Champions League places and the title.

"You can do amazingly well for seven, eight, nine months but the moment of truth always arrives and the moment of truth for us is get the wins we need to be champions."
