Hodgson poised to snap up Gera
Saturday 09 July 2011
Roy Hodgson is confident that the midfielder Zoltan Gera will become West Brom's third new signing of the summer – and the manager is also stepping up his search for a goalkeeper.
West Brom today presented defenders Gareth McAuley and Billy Jones, who were recently brought in on Bosman transfers from Ipswich and Preston respectively.
But much of the attention was on the possible return of Gera, who spent four years with Albion before moving to Fulham in 2008.
