Liverpool are unlikely to succeed in their attempt to prise Christian Pulisic away from Borussia Dortmund , according to reports.
The 17-year-old striker was the subject of an audacious £11m bid from the Merseyside club.
According to ESPN , Dortmund are unwilling to sell the highly-rated youngster, who arrived in Westphalia during Jürgen Klopp’s time as manager.
However, Klopp’s successor, Thomas Tuchel, is apparently open to loan offers for Pulisic.
Mario Balotelli’s long search for a new club may finally be over.
