Mario Balotelli, the controversial Italian striker who was never out of the news during his entertaining three-year spell at Manchester City, has agreed a £17m transfer to Liverpool from AC Milan.
He's even told his team-mates in Milan "Ciao" according to reports from Sky Italia.
