Paulo Dybala latest: Chelsea and Arsenal target's will be sold in next two weeks, says Palermo president

Maurizio Zamperini confirms the club want to cash in

Palermo are ready to sell reported Chelsea and Arsenal target Paulo Dybala, according to club President Maurizio Zamperini.

The Argentinian has attracted interest from clubs across Europe after a brilliant season in Serie A, where he has scored 13 goals and added 10 assists for the side.

The 21-year-old is also believed to be a target for Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain and Palermo are ready to cash in after the forward turned down a new contract in January.

The Celtic centre-back continues to impress in Scotland and is being monitored by a number of clubs. Among them is Arsenal, who reportedly made enquiries about the 23-year-old before signing Gabriel Paulista in January. John Hartson said of the Dutchman: 'Is he top notch? Is he as good as the Laurent Koscielny's of this world? I think he is. I think he is a top-six Premier League player. I really do.'

STRIKER - Paulo Dybala

An alternative Argentinian would be Dybala, the 21-year-old who has enjoyed a breakthrough season with Palermo. A host of clubs are on the trail and Arsenal won't find he comes cheap. More of a gamble than the other options here.

"At least three teams are really interested in him," Zamparini told Italian newspaper Giornale di Sicilia. "The apple is ripe and we are ready to pick it.

"I think in 10, or a maximum of 15 days we will know his future.

"We will meet with the player and his agent to complete the deal.

"Those who understand football realise his potential."

Dybala, who moved to Palermo in 2012 from home club Instituto, has scored 13 goals and set up 10 more in 34 league appearances to ensure the Sicilian outfit will have another season in Italy's top flight.

Palermo gained promotion to Serie A last season and are 10th in the standings with four games remaining.
