Tottenham

Robbie Keane appears unlikely to be loaned out to Celtic again next season after Spurs manager Harry Redknapp said: "We paid good money for him and to loan him out again wouldn't be a goer."

Sunderland

Manager Steve Bruce has revealed that he is interested in signing Sol Campbell. The veteran defender is a free agent after leaving Arsenal and has been sounded out by Bruce. "I've known Sol for a lot of years and it was nice to see him again," Bruce said.

Manchester City

Roberto Mancini has confirmed his interest in Internazionale striker Mario Balotelli, but he will only bid for the teenager if Balotelli is unsettled at the European champions after failing to secure regular first-team action. "If Inter decide to sell, we will be there," Mancini said.

Blackpool

Former France Under-21 international Malaury Martin has joined the Premier League newcomers on trial. Martin spent last season on loan with Nîmes after struggling at Monaco. He has also been on trial with Chicago Fire.

Leeds United

The Championship club have completed the signing of former Charlton Athletic winger Lloyd Sam on a free transfer. The 25-year-old has confirmed a two-year contract with the Whites and moves to Elland Road after spending seven years at The Valley.

Bochum

Striker Jong Tae-se the star of North Korea’s national team, is joining German Second Division club Bochum from Japan’s Kawasaki Frontale. Bochum said Jong – nicknamed “the People’s Rooney” – has signed a two-year contract with an option for a third year.
