Manchester United have decided to sign striker Radamel Falcao on a permanent deal from Monaco in a £38.8m January transfer, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.

Falcao joined United on a season-long loan from the French side in September, with the option of making the deal permanent.

The striker has struggled with injuries this season, but did equalise for United in their game at Stoke today.

United are chasing Everton right-back Seamus Coleman in this transfer window in a deal that would be worth £20m to the Toffees, according to The Guardian.

The 26-year-old Irishman had been linked with a move to United in the summer transfer window.

The Aston Villa defender Ron Vlaar is another defensive target for Manchester United, report The Guardian.

Tony Pulis will make Stoke City's Peter Crouch his first signing for West Brom, according to the Mirror. The move will see the striker join up with Pulis again, after their time at Stoke.

As reported in today's Independent, Pulis will have £15m to spend in this month's window.

Chelsea are in pole position to sign striker Andrej Kramaric from HNK Rijeka for £7m. The Croatian striker has also been coveted by Leicester and Tottenham. The Blues will then loan him to Dutch side Vietesse Arnhm, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins says that the club have received no bids for Ivory Coast striker Wilfried Bony. Bony had been linked with a move away to champions Manchester City after he returns from the Africa Cup of Nations later this month, report the Daily Star.

Marco Reus has rejected a move to the Premier League, as he has reportedly agreed to sign for Real Madrid, report the Daily Star.
