Victor Moses has signed a new deal at Chelsea and become West Ham's third signing of transfer deadline day.
West Ham, who have also signed Nikica Jelavic and loaned Alex Song, announced the arrival of the Nigeria winger on a strong day for the club.
The 24-year-old has only played 44 matches for Chelsea since joining the club from Wigan three years ago having spent the last two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City.
But the Blues announced they have handed the winger a new four-year contract, with Moses saying he was "delighted" to be staying with the club.
Moses, who helped Nigeria win the Africa Cup of Nations in 2014, scored 10 goals for Chelsea in 2012-13, including a goal in the semi-final of the Europa League, a comptetion Chelsea went on to win under Rafa Benitez.
At Liverpool he scored only two goals but was often used as a substitute as Brendan Rodgers' team came close to winning the Premier League, while he impressed for Stoke City under Mark Huges last season.
