England v Chile: Steven Gerrard and Kyle Walker become latest players to withdraw through injury
The pair will miss the game on Friday but are in contention to play Germany next Tuesday

England captain Steven Gerrard and defender Kyle Walker are to miss Friday's international friendly with Chile at Wembley.
Gerrard is nursing a hip problem while Walker also has an injury which prevented him from training with the rest of the England squad on Wednesday morning.
Whether or not the pair will face Germany at Wembley next Tuesday remains to be seen.
Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge sat out training on Wednesday because of a foot injury.
He, along with Gerrard and Walker, took part in gym work, though, so could feature against Chile on Friday.
Frank Lampard, who will now captain England on Friday in Gerrard's absence, took part in training even though he has a mild cold.
All the other 23 members of Hodgson's squad trained at Arsenal's training ground on Wednesday ahead of the game versus Chile.
That was good news for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who has been carrying an ankle injury.
Hodgson's preparations had been dealt a blow on Tuesday when Danny Welbeck and Michael Carrick were ruled out through injury.
The remaining squad members had been scheduled to train at the national football centre in Burton-upon-Trent, but they were forced to switch venues to Arsenal's base in London Colney after a virus was detected at St George's Park.
There was a relaxed atmosphere within the camp as the players trained in front of the cameras.
The three goalkeepers - Joe Hart, Fraser Forster and John Ruddy - emerged first and took part in some drills with goalkeeping coach Dave Watson before the outfield players emerged.
Hodgson's appearance at training was delayed by around 10 minutes, however, as he was having a chat with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who was already at the venue to train with the Gunners players who have not been called up for the internationals.
