Cycling: Dental problem a kick in teeth for Cavendish
Mark Cavendish has been forced to delay the start of his 2010 season by an ongoing dental problem.
The 24-year-old has become the world's premier sprinter and his goals for 2010 are to win the Tour de France green jersey – awarded to the most consistent finisher – and to win stages at the three Grand Tours – France, Italy and Spain. But his hopes may be hampered after it was announced he will not begin racing until Ruta del Sol on 17 February, due to the problem, which has limited his training.
