Diving: Daley and Waterfield move up to fourth
Saturday 17 March 2012
Tom Daley narrowly missed out on a medal to help silence his critics alongside platform synchro partner Pete Waterfield at the first leg of the Word Series in Dubai yesterday.
The duo were edged out of a podium place by just a single point as they finished fourth in a competition that boasted all the major medal contenders for the London Olympics. It was an improvement for the British duo since they were seventh at the World Cup in London last month.
