Equestrianism: GB win first European gold
Great Britain's dressage riders showcased their London 2012 medal credentials yesterday by being crowned European team champions for the first time.
Carl Hester, Laura Bechtolsheimer, Charlotte Dujardin and Emile Faurie produced the highest team total, 238.678, ever seen in a European Championship to stun world dressage giants Germany and Netherlands at Rotterdam's Kraslinge Bos arena.
