"I woke up at 8.30am this morning as I rolled onto the cabin wall with a crash. Matt was screaming for the team on the oars to pull the boat around as fast as possible and for the guys in the stern cabin to adjust our course. We were in massive seas and broadside to the oncoming waves. A wave had just turned the boat over 100 degrees so that one of the aerials on top of the stern cabin touched the water. Miraculously we didn't capsize. Amazingly the only real damage done was for one of our two water containers to come loose and be thrown overboard."
