Former international Tim Jones has been appointed to the post of head of performance pathway for British Swimming.

Jones worked in the sport for more than 10 years before going to UK Athletics at Loughborough and then joining British Gymnastics, overseeing the sport's most successful Olympics in its history at London 2012. Team GB had a disappointing time in the pool in London, and won just one medal at the recent World Championships.
