The Clive Brittain-trained filly, owned by Sheikh Marwan Al Maktoum, had been ridden by Robinson in her last seven races, which included Group One wins in the Irish 1,000 Guineas, Coronation Stakes and Nassau Stakes.

Brittain explained: "She runs under the Darley banner and Frankie is the Darley jockey. She runs in the Distaff and they haven't got another runner so Frankie will take the ride."

Crimplene has arrived in the United States and the trainer said: "She has travelled very well. She had a long journey but she had a full feed on the flight and I was very pleased."
