Craig Hall won the 221st Humberside derby for Hull KR with a drop goal 46 seconds from time that earned his side a thrilling 21-20 win over Hull FC.

The home side appeared to have squandered their chances when they let a 10-point lead slip but Hall kept his cool to see off his former employers in the most dramatic fashion.

It meant a second drop-goal defeat in three weeks for Hull, who looked shattered at the end after recovering from 20-10 down and would have won the game had Richard Whiting converted Fetuli Talanoa's 75th-minute try from the touchline.

England winger Ryan Hall grabbed a hat-trick and Rob Burrow marked his 400th appearance with a try as Leeds cantered to a 46-6 derby victory over struggling Bradford.

The Bulls never recovered from a blistering start by the visitors, who scored four tries in the first 14 minutes, and a sixth straight defeat keeps them rooted to the foot of the Super League.

William Barthau inspired the Catalan Dragons to a thrilling 28-22 win against London Broncos as they condemned the hosts to a ninth successive defeat.

Barthau scored one try, created another and provided guile throughout as the French side held off a late rally, having been 28-4 ahead with just 12 minutes to play.

London did flicker into life once more after that, with Mason Caton-Brown showing great pace to score from halfway on 68 minutes.

Nesi Mataitonga added a further Broncos try four minutes later after the Dragons had fumbled a Ben Farrar grubber.

In a frantic finale there was still time for the Broncos to score a fourth try as Denny Solomona crossed in the corner, but it proved a mere consolation.
