Ronald Coleman, 84 years old but with a handicap of 17, negotiates an obstacle on the second hole of the Lawrence Batley tournament at the Royal Blackheath course yesterday. Unlike the inaugural event at Moortown when a player died, there were no fatalities this year. The winner was Bob Church, 82, who shot 80 with a 14 handicap
