Masters 2014 leaderboard: Who’s heading the field after Day 2?

Big names suffer early exit at Augusta

Bubba Watson holds an ominous three-shot lead after day two of the Masters 2014 as the 2012 champion completed a round of 68 today that included five consecutive birdies between holes 12 and 16.

John Senden is in second place at four under with the group of Thomas Bjorn, Jonas Blixt, and Adam Scott sitting in the third.

As for the Brits, there were good days for Lee Westwood, Justin Rose and Ian Poulter all within touch of the leaders but needing a good weekend to make a really impact.

Rory McIlroy just scraped through to the weekend after a mixed round and some awful putting.

Plenty of big names won’t be playing on the weekend though. Luke Donald, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Graeme McDowell, Angel Cabrera and Trevor Immelman among a batch of big names to drop out early.
