Hounslow extended their lead to five points over Havant in the PizzaExpress National League First Division with a 3-1 win against Old Loughtonians at Chigwell, writes Bill Colwill. In an excellent game of fast, flowing hockey, the Old Boys had the edge in the early exchanges but a goal-line save by Bob Crutchley from Neil Barker at a penalty corner turned the game. Crutchley then earned the penalty stroke that brought Hounslow's first goal and scored the second.
